Terms of Service

Turnaround time is 3-5 weeks. Pieces are fired at a community studio so I do not control the schedule, sorry! I send updates as soon as I have them. You may request updates on the sculpting/painting stage at any time.Colors may not be 100% accurate due to the way firing works. Please let me know if this is a specific concern for your project. No refunds after a sketch is approved. Payment plans are available and I'm happy to hold on to the finished piece until payment is complete.Images and videos of the process and final piece will be posted to social media. Exceptions can be made for private OCs.If a piece arrives damaged, you may choose between a partial refund or a remake of the piece. You are responsible for any excess customs/shipping fees to your area.
